wiki copyright problem

The text for the copyright links is "Content is available under CC-BY-SA 4.0 International unless otherwise noted." but the link points to BY-NC-SA

I noticed this in the context of packaging Crispy Doom, which includes a HTML dump of the Crispy Doom page from this wiki in the source. NC is not compatible with the DFSG.

I'd prefer CC-BY-SA 4.0 International (no NC) and I think that's probably what is intended and the hyperlink is simply in error. Is that right? If so, I can fix this, the change to make is $wgRightsUrl.
